Theme Park Packing List

Disney & Universal Theme Park Essential

🌟✨ What Should I Pack for Disney World? ✨🌟

That’s one of the most common questions I get—and I’ve got you covered!

We know how overwhelming it can feel to make sure you’re prepared for a Disney vacation. So we've put together a thoughtfully curated Amazon list with all our favorite must-haves and magical little lifesavers to keep you comfortable, cool, and smiling all day long. 🏰🌞

Here’s a peek at some of the items that truly make a difference in the parks:

🎈 Reusable Silicone Straws – Because soggy paper straws just don’t add to the magic (and sometimes, no straws at all!).

💧 Electrolyte Powder Packets – Stay energized and refreshed after those long park days under the Florida sun.

🔋Portable Phone Charger – An absolute must. Between the My Disney Experience app, Genie+, and snapping magical memories, your phone will be working overtime!

Disposable Rain Poncho – Florida loves an afternoon shower, and these are perfect for rainy moments or splashy rides like Kali River Rapids!

🧴 Body Glide Anti-Chaffing Stick, Fabric Bandages and Blister Bandages – Prevent the “not-so-magical” discomfort of sore spots and chafing after long park days.

👟 On Cloud Women's Sneakers and Men's On Cloud Sneakers – These are my personal go-to for staying comfy from rope drop to fireworks.

🌞 Sunscreen Face sunscreen – Travel-sized and park-ready, because Florida sun is no joke!

🎐 Foldable mini-fan + FROGG TOGGS Chilly Pads – Trust me, you’ll thank yourself during those midday waits in the sun.

Don't forget these items from home:

  • All chargers (MagicBand+, phone, computer, iPad, step tracker)
  • Deodorant - this gets forgotten A LOT
  • Toothpaste/toothbrush
  • Lotion
  • Hats to keep that sun off of your head
  • Swim suits
  • Hair ties for the ladies unless you like the windblown look after a rollercoaster ride :P
  • Medicine (check your supply at least 2 weeks in advance to get refills if needed)
  • Gallon Zip Lock Bags - good for web clothes and ponchos. If you forget, I use the trash liner from the hotel room!!!
  • Cash (don't forget some smaller bills) - tipping at restaurants is a nice gesture
